1) What does the price include?

    The price includes all facilities listed in the room description.

 

2) Is it possible to make a reservation without a credit card?

    No, you will need a valid credit card to guarantee your reservation.

 

3) How do I know if my reservation is confirmed?

    After completing your reservation, a confirmation page appears. You will also receive a confirmation email with all

    the details of your booking.

 

4) Is it possible to change or cancel my reservation through Roomsindia.in?

    Yes, however always check the property's cancellation policy before booking.

 

5) How will I know how much a hotel room or a holiday let costs?

    After having entered the dates of your stay, the rates will be clearly displayed along with the available room types.

 

6) I am being asked to enter my credit card details. When will I be charged?

     In most cases, the hotel will charge your credit card during or at the end of your stay. When you book a room that has

     a Non-Refundable Rate (NR) the hotel will immediately charge your credit card upon reservation. When you book a

     holiday let, you may be requested to pay a deposit to secure your booking. In this case you will be notified by email

     and your credit card is only charged after your authorization.
